How to find and grow a bonsi plant
A bonsi plant is a small version of a big tree, the idea was created in Japan hundreds of years ago and have become very popular over here because they are small and very unique plant to own. Bonsi plants can be grow very old as old as a tree so if cared for and treated well it will out live you.

How to turn a normal tree shoot into a bonsi tree
1.First you must find a good looking tree sprout or very small shoot. These will be around woodland areas normally on the outskirts of the forest. The shoot must look healthy and be tapered from thick to thinner going up the tree. The roots of the plant will be nice and healthy and there will need to be as many branches as possible on the shoot.

2. Dig the shoot up making sure you get most of the root ball with it, check that the roots are healthy and full (many).

3. Take the shoot home and this is where the magic begins, Remove all the mud and soil from around the tree and trim the roots to the size of your fist, carefully.

4. Wrap the root ball tightly in a sealed bag (plastic) and water when needed.

5. Trim branches and leafs and never let the tree over grow the pot you will put it in after two weeks being in the bag.

6. Make sure you use high fertilised soil, and then plant the tree in its new pot.

7. Trim the plant every week never let it get over grown or things will look out of place, water and feed well and keep it sun light.
